Stock amp is located in the trunk, in front of the jack and beneath the trunk liner.

well i'm installing 2 jl 10w6 v2 and a xtant 1001d and 404m and jl components in the door and jl 6x9s in the rear deck. couldn't fish new wire through the door so i needed to use the existing wires. the info you gave worked out great. I needed to change it because i think i blew the amp, because only the passenge side worked the speakers on the drivers side were still good so it had to be the amp.
