OK, so here is what i have purchased so far for my '97 2.2cl

JVC Arsenal KD-ADV38
HP pocket media drive 160GB (to be hooked up to the HU)
Rockford Fosgate POWER-1000 25 to Life(actual wattage of mine is about 112W RMS @4ohms to the 4 channels, and i beleive somewhere around 950W RMS to the sub channel at 1ohm)
Boston Acoustics SL60
Boston Acoustics SL95
Rockford Fosgate RFC2D
i'm also planning on upgrading the battery to an optima yellow top and probably to upgrade the alternator to handle the amp
what i really need suggestions on is what kind of sub would complement my system so far, i listen to basically hip hop, rap, etc. and will probably be only installing one 12" or 13" in the trunk, was thinking about running a Focal 33v1 (33 v1) but it's a 4ohm SVC sub, thus would need a lot of amp power to run it.
Also what i need advice on is what kind of guage wiring and any kind of wiring kits you guys would recommend? Also should i rip out the old factory speaker wiring and replace all of it with new wires, or can i simply splice into the wires and still get great SQ? Any suggestions would be great? And btw i purchased almost all of my stuff from sonicelectronix.com so far and will probably buy everything else i need from there, as everything from stores where i live is about 2x more expensive than them. Also for some reason i cannot buy Kicker stuff off of their site as they will not ship any Kicker products to Canada, so any kind of suggestions you may have, please do not include kicker products.
