ok gopt every thing out and plugged every thing in. headunit turns on and very thing is functional. no sound through the speakers what so ever. is there something i have to do through bose to get it to work. i don't get it. help me please.

think i got it figured out. but do i need to bypass the factory eq?

if you're using the stock bose (pioneer) headunit, you have to complete the preamp loopl (i.e. if you have the bose eq unplugged you'll get no sound). you need to bypass the eq by routing the signals back into the HU.

Give us a hint what you're doing--stock hu with aftermarket amp & speakers?

 

my boy had a similar problem. he got the HU and wire harness form crutchfield. problem was they sent him the wrong wire harness. if your using a harness, maybe its the wrong one?
