Need Advise on Blown Tweeter Sound

So I recently posted that I had blown a tweeter in my car. I called diamond audio and I have a new tweeter coming but because of the time to get it. I went ahead and installed some S600 HEX. I really like these new speakers but the tweeter still sounds blown at times. Thus I am convinced there is another issue I need to track down, and would like some advice as to where to start:

Issue:
When listing at normal volumes every couple of minutes I hear some static out of the front passenger tweeter. The issue is intermittent and occurs when listing to both CD's and Radio at any volume.

T-Shooting:
1. Validate that RCA's are not loose. (New MC XLN401)
2. Review Gains on the amp to insure that they are not too high.
3. Review Tweeter wire path to insure that I am not rubbing up against other wiring.

Ideas?

Have you switched the tweeter? Or are both tweeters sounding bad? Maybe somethings wrong with the crossovers?

Have you tried switching the speaker wires at the amp (rear to front)? I assume no problems for the rears?
