Navi and Radio Not Working

Okay, i'll make this quick...

Car: 2003 CLS6

Issue: OEM Navi and Aftermarket Deck Wont Turn ON

Facts:
- Car is wired for system (power/ground/remote wire/RCA from deck)
- Removed system last year because got tired of it taking trunk space. Everything worked find before/after removal
- Put system back-in yesterday but decided i didnt like it

- When removing system, I removed in-line fuse from battery to power wire @ battery terminal.

- When unplugging wires from amp (positive lead from battery disconnected), I ACCIDENTALLY touched the remote wire to the ground wire. Right when it happened i heard a little spark and then it dissipated.

- When driving later on, I noticed deck and navi wont turn on.

- Checked passenger side fuses for Navi and Radio (#9 and #10 I believe) and they are not blown.

If anyone has any suggestions that would be great. I am really hoping I didnt fry both the navi and the radio. The radio is simple to replace, the archaic navi not so much but I do want it working for HVAC reasons.

Thanks
