Mp3 / video player question..

Here's a question..say you buy one of these mp3/video/photos..etc. players

..if you hook this up to the Nav unit using the SNHOND3 adapter will the video output show on the Nav? If so that'd pretty sweet and I may have to get one instead of a mp3 only player.

no, the video would not show up with just the SNHOND3, it is for sound ONLY! not video.

Just to let you know. The RCA lyra sucks. It is slow and difficult to organize playlists. It takes 40 sec just to turn on and play.

That is why they sell it so much cheaper than Ipod. Even then they have to throw in a carrying case, car charger, home charger, head phones, stereo plug in adapters, and you have to use MusicMatch software. Even with all of this, It is still not worth it.

Thanx Dan, I'm going to check out all my options before I decide on getting an mp3 only player.

Thanks for the comments Ortiz. Have any thoughts on the Archos?
