making a subbox outta of dynomat??
making a subbox outta of dynomat??
i;m trying to fit a 10" subwoofer in the back panels and did that sucesssfully, but now the bass is not good i;m trying to figure out if i dynomat everything around it will taht kinda give me a box so that the bass will be more solid??
maybe some pics would help.. the box needs to be a box..... not dynamat.
unless you purchased a free air sub you will need a box.
dynamat will not make something that sounds like shit sound amazing.. it fixes rattles and some panel flex.

Quality can depend on the sub you get. You need a specific amount of air space as the sub recommends. Then you will have all kinds of different sub configurations... inclosed box, ported box, free-air. Then how much power you will push and at what ohm? You can't just stick any sub in a hole or box and have it sound good.
