making a subbox outta of dynomat??

i;m trying to fit a 10" subwoofer in the back panels and did that sucesssfully, but now the bass is not good i;m trying to figure out if i dynomat everything around it will taht kinda give me a box so that the bass will be more solid??

which back panels.. in the trunk?

is the bog big enough? did you use MDF?
putting enough power into the sub?

maybe some pics would help.. the box needs to be a box..... not dynamat.

unless you purchased a free air sub you will need a box.

dynamat will not make something that sounds like shit sound amazing.. it fixes rattles and some panel flex.

Quality can depend on the sub you get. You need a specific amount of air space as the sub recommends. Then you will have all kinds of different sub configurations... inclosed box, ported box, free-air. Then how much power you will push and at what ohm? You can't just stick any sub in a hole or box and have it sound good.
