So the time has come....I finally picked up a Kenwood DDX-8017 double din screen for the TL!!

Its being installed as I type this out. I'll post up the pix later 2nite!



This is what it looks like without a radio....





I was planning on moving my AC and heat controls to the bottom section of the dash but I decided it would be a pain to reverse the procedure for the stock radio. So I opted to install the deck as is....right into the hole!!

I'll let you guys know how it is.

Throw me some suggestions for a center speaker. Where should I place it? The deck has a 5.1 processor for DVD's. I need the 5th channel for superb sound.

how'd u take the radio out without taking everything apart? or did u take it all apart, took out the radio, and put all the trim/panels/and plastic back on
