iPhone/AUX adapter to stock radio

Hello everyone, I'm searching for an adapter so I'll be able to play the tunes from my iPhone thru my stock stereo.

I was looking at something like this: Ipod adapter

I know there's a lot more out there and prices vary from $40-150. I just need something simple.

Any input on this product or ideas will be appreciated

I have a blitzsafe with the rca adapter for mines. Works great, id rather trust blitzsafe then ebay. Many of us have blitzsafe installed.

That will only work if you have an iPhone other than the new iPhone 5. If you have a 5, you will need to use a standard aux cable type add-on.
