The handsfree kit isn't a Parrot kit? Does it work with the cars factory speakers or what's this mean spoeaker-independent voice control?

And looking on their site it only lists a few compatible phones. Correct?

Not a Parrot kit.

"Speaker-independent" means that it works with voice without training the phrases - like the voice control in the V710 and E815 Motorola phones. It recognizes most terms without training.

eldude,

I was inquiring about the Z-1, not the R10.

Also, clean out your PM box.

No, I haven't used the LC6 on a TSX. We are doing a 2006 TSX RCA upgrade right now...

Sorry.

The Z1 is $1500. It's never been installed in a car, only in a board, and only for 3-4 weeks until I found out that I couldn't get any more US-tuner units. Then I packed it up again.

I still might use the thing... it's sweet.

I don't suppose you have any Avic D1 or similar double HUs you need to clear out... girlfriend's 02 accord needs some AV / navi action.

Those don't hang about too much. You can get AVICs on ebay for less than I pay the Pioneer distributor.
