hey guys, i dont have any experience really with car audio so bear with me here, i just need a little guidance. i have an 04tl and i want to put a system in it, something with hard hitting bass and that is louder than it currently is, and i would like to keep the stock head unit because i have navi. my budget is about $1500, can i put something that is high quality (that is, stuff that isnt really cheap and will last me a long time) wiht maybe 2 10" subs or 2 12s? i have heard from my friends that the subs arent even the most important part of bass, it is the amps, but i really dont understand how any of this works. also, i need trunk space, to keep a golf bag or two ocassionaly, but i dont really need the entire trunk. will a 2 sub setup steal away most of my trunk space? for those of you that have something like this, can you still fit a golf bag in or would that be unrealistic for me to be looking for? thanks in advance.

 

I am a car audio wholesaler, so I should be able to help you out a little bit. Are you wanting heart pounding bass, or something that sounds good with either rock or rap on, or both? Decide what you are wanting out of your system then go from there. You subwoofers are just as important as your amplifier, without a good subwoofer the most expensive amp in the world will not help you out. If you want I can price you a couple of systems, just give me an idea of what you need out of a system.

 

get two 10 inch JL w7's if thats not enough bass i dont know what is!!
