Installing aftermarket navigation in 99 TL

I'm going to be installing a Kenwood KNA-3100 navigation system to go along with the Kenwood in-dash monitor I have. The nav unit has to know how fast the car is traveling in order to calculate its location, so it must be wired to the VSS, similar to the cruise control module.
My question is this: Does anyone know how or where to access the VSS wire?
Thanks in advance
