Not bad. However, I'm not fond of placing the amp(s) and crossovers on the sub box.

Not sure what it is called over there, but MDF (wood particles compressed together making it dense) is what you need. The design and fit look great. Seriously wash your car and then take pictures.

?? some of the best boxes are made of birch plywood.......

well make that baltic birch ie. voidless birch. It is usually too expensive for the average car audio person. But it is much more rigid and a lot lighter than MDF.

I think it looks very good, almost professional (or are you a professional?). great carpeting job. I might've tried to hide the cap too, since it looks like the only thing not flush mounted, but it looks good as it is too. I love set ups that still leave a good bit of trunk room.

Some people think mounting an amp on a box could have a negative effect on the amp from the vibration. I've never had a problem doing it, but always at least used rubber washers under the feet of the amp for a little security. Also in some cases, if thieves are to smash and grab, it makes it easier, but that's usually with smaller boxes and stuff.

How does the hertz sub sound?
