Installed SNHOND3 & Now Have Major Issues

I own an '04 TSX with navigation. I purchased the SNHOND3 from Logjam & the Honda audio cable (can't remember the model number off the top of my head) from my local Honda dealer & when I was about to join the wires that need joined I noticed that there was no orange wire on the SNHOND3 (although the instructions say Honda gray to SNHOND3 brown, Honda orange to SNHOND3 blue & Honda shielding to SNHOND3 orange). I then noticed that there had been a change in wiring colors that was updated on 08/07/05 & that it should be Honda orange to SNHOND3 yellow, Honda gray to SNHOND3 black (next to yellow) & Honda shielding to SNHOND3 red/black. I connected it that way (and can post pics if necessary) & when I plug it in the radio & the radio plug into the female end, I get no switching between CD & CDC & loose all functionality of my touchscreen & all buttons surrounding the screen. If I plug the factory harness back in, everything's fine.

Have the colors been changed on the SNHOND3 again to anyone's knowledge? Other than that, I can't figure what it would be. Does anyone have a schematic of the pin layout on the SNHOND3 per chance so I could check into this further? Thanks for any & all help in advance.

I don't have the colors... but if you get the OTHER cable from the Honda dealer, the one that's the "Y" adapter, you don't have to mod the cable and it's plug and play.

Can you look at the connector you have and see where the colors went and match it up that way? That's how we do it here - I never look at the colors.

If you need a digital pic of an SNHOND3 I have some in stock here.

Is this more or less the same cable you're talking about?http://logjamelectronics.com/logjam/piehon03fmm1.html

If so, I'll order it immediately. Thanks again for the help.

If you could tell me what pin location the three wires I need are in, that would be of great help because I can double check my wires that way. The only thing I can guess is that they either changed the wire colors again or that the update in the thread regarding the SNHOND3 was inaccurate.
