I was reading through some threads and supposedly you can install new subwoofers without buying a new head unit?
I was thinking of buying these SUBS
and a 500 watt amp to go along with it.
Will i need a new head unit or can i just remove existing Bose sub and use the same wiring.

you will need to take the wire out of the stock sub, send that to an Line OUt converter to take the wattage down, then send it to an amp, then to the subs as these are not powered subs.
