the kill switch is good too. does anybody have a diagram for the starter? where can tap into the line to hook the kill switch to the starter?

Dude, I mean this kindly, but in all seriousness, if you can't find the starter wire, you really need to NOT be touching the ignition wiring in your car. If you can't figure out how it works, then don't risk your rookie-move wiring error resulting in your car stalling on you at the worst possible time... it's too risky.
And with the Immobilizer built into the key head of your Acura key, installing a kill switch is a total waste of time, IMHO. After years in the security business, I will tell you that it's 100 times harder to get around the Immobilizer from the factory than it is to get around anybody's aftermarket starter kill (even mine, and I often did starter kill AND clutch switch/nuetral safety switch kill too...)

BRB (Big Red Button) is a popular Miata mod. This site has some good info on it. You can get a better idea of what you need to do. You'll need to get ahold of a TSX wiring diagram to know which wires you need to access. elduderino is right, if you don't know what you're doing, you probably should get it done by a pro. That said, it can't be much more complicated than installing a remote starter and lots of people have those.

It's probably not as complicated as installing a remote starter, but without all the safety circuits built into a remote starter, it's riskier, methinks.
Besides, after 4 years of supporting remote start tech calls, I cna tell you that Canadians as a group are better at remote start installs than Americans. Not sure why... maybe they read the instructions?

i no where the starter is. i just wanted to find an easier way to tap the line. and i didnt no that it was hard to get around the factory immobilizer. i was just concern that someone can figure out a way to get around it and i just wanted another option to stop them from taking my car. i had an experience with my integra where they strip everything out of it. that was a big lost to me. so thats why i wanted to do this, but i dont think i need to now knowing that its hard to get around th immobilizer. thankz for your help tho.
