I have a little problem...

My rear right speaker is constantly humming... It does it non-stop with the car on or off..no difference...speaker is working adjusted the balance, fader and it sounds exactly like the other speakers...not blown...what the fuck is going on here?? Anyone have any idea?? Is this killing my battery or alternator??

so you're getting a humming sound from the speaker when the car is off and the keys are not in the ignition?

u've got a short somewhere, which is providing power to the speaker.

have u messed around with any electrical recently?

about 2 months ago i had an xm satellite receiver installed...but this only started happening a few days ago...

Take out the jack in the rear quarter panel and unplug the harness to the Bose amp for a few Min's than plug it back.... see if that helps

also make sure that the speaker wires are not resting or tangled in the trunk rods up under the package tray

i can't find the amp!! I unplugged the speaker wires and nothing...i don't even think the sound is coming from the speakers...its somewhere in the trunk...sounds louder on the right side of the trunk...how do i get to the amp??

IIRC the amp is on the passenger side of the trunk, behind the moulded carpet.
