I got the System put in

I got 6.5" Alpine Type R components in the front, 6.5" Alpine Type S in the rear, and 2 Alpine Type R 12" subs in the trunk. Two weeks ago I put icelink and the ipod mini in. The sound is really clear when you turn it up and the Type R subs are fuckin loud I just came back from a 30min drive and I have a headache, but it does grab a girl's attention hahahahahahah.

The Two amps i'm using are the alpine mrp f240 which is the 4 channel amp that the speakers are connected to and the other amp is an alpine mrp m350 which is 1 channel that is connected to the sub. I bought and had all the stuff installed at audio video in richmond.

A V-Power amp on 2 12" Type R's ..... Those subs are way under powered, that amp is barely enough for one '05 Type E, let alone 2 Type R's.

Say how much did you pay for the amp and subs and installl at Audio Video??

They must sound pretty tight and loud eh?? But you are using only 30% potential of those Type R subs. If I were you, you should ge the new Alpine MRD 1005 (1000watt) mono block amp and they work perfect for the subs. It will be 3-5 times louder and cleaner. They sell that mono block amp for around $900 but I heard you can talk them down to around $800 for the amp. For your info...under powering those subs can damage your subs as they can handle up to 1500watts peak power per sub so that is a total of 3000watts peak power.

I was part of team Xtant a few years ago so I still have a good amount of stuff laying around 2 Xtant 1001x amps both of them modded... and tested at over 1400 rms I have 1 Xtant 603X graet amp.. for a 3 channel... I have 2 Xtant 2200's my favorite amps they ever made.. and some subs.......... thats all I can think of for xtant stuff..

I also have alot of Eclipse stuff a couple Eclipse titanium 12's and 4 Alum 12s... a couple decks.. I still have not decided what I am putting into my acura so thats the only reason I have held on to it all I am most likley going with DLS mids and highs (mainly because I can get them for free) and get ride of my Quarts........ I will use a couple of the Xtant amps and I have not idea as far as subs yet..
