You'll have to give more info than that bud. You removed your deck? What are you installing? Speakers in the doors? I assume not just an aftermarket sub/amp. Do the same troubleshooting I suggested to KrazyKrust...down here:

I'm actually too busy right now to give you a call bud...I've got two tests I'm studying for and a lot of HW to make up from being sick for awhile. But I can take a look at it sometime...maybe mid next week, if you want to bring it by.
"i'm installing the speaker in the door, i'm try to connect the line out converter to the harness of the speaker wire. "
Okay so you're installing all 4 door speakers, and you're trying to bypass the EQ to power them? The absolute easiest way you can do that is to tap those wires...not hook them up directly or whatnot, which is what it sounds like you're doing. Go to Radio Shack or other, get some wire taps, and tap those wires. Don't you dare cut them up or anything
. I posted a pic below so you know what I mean by wire taps. Get the gauge that matches the gauge of wire you're tapping, I believe 16 gauge. Then just tap those wires (your stereo left/right) and run them through the converter to your amp. Done.

thank austin, but you too late about cutting the wire, i already did
,the problem i have now is my front left and rear right don't have any sound
. i think i when i tap in the wire i tap the + front and + rear
, i hope is i didn't mess up the factory deck, i just the hope it's just mess up the LOC
i gonna test it out tomorrow again see what happen
. oh..... how you bypass the eq, i need more info on that if you can. thank again austin, and good luck on your test.

Ugh...okay yeah you seriously shouldnt've done that
. If you can you may want to reconnect it. Otherwise your resale value is dead! Plus you may ground something out with loose wires...at least electrical tape them off. For specifics, if I am not mistaken, you have a R+, L+, and GND that feeds into the EQ versus quasi-sinusoidal signals...you have two referenced sinusoids. This of course will lead to less power within the unit...and is a totally stupid design...but that's not important
.
Now that I understand what all you're doing let me see if I can explain all this. You won't need your LOC, so return it. Go get enough INSULATED (must be insulated) wire to run from the HU, through the trim or wherever you run it and to your amp. You'll end up running 3 wires total, so you don't just need 1 length of wire, you need 3. To catch the signal before the EQ, all you do is tap (here you cut so you'll just connect) the L+, R+, and GND wires. You'll run all 3 wires back to your amp, and preferably solder them onto RCA's. If you don't want to solder you can get crimpable ones, but soldering is a stronger bond and it won't break as easily. The way you will connect the RCA's is like this:
Take your L+ and connect it to the inner pin of one RCA plug and the R+ and connect it to the inner pin of the other RCA plug. Take your GND wire, and attach it to the outer sheath of each RCA plug. You can either splice it and plug it into each, or you can plug it into 1 of the RCA's along with another wire (so you'll have 2 wires connected into your outer sheath of one RCA), and run the other end to the other RCA. You can do it either way. Then just plug in your RCA's to your amp and you're done. No LOC needed because you're not tapping an amplified signal. I think in my previous post you were trying to tap an amplified signal. Anyway, that should be it...hope that helped.

Maybe later this week man, I just can't do it right now...I'm doing enough to reply to the posts as it is
I'm still studying! But tell me what you need and I'll help you out. If you REALLY need someone on the phone...see if either Streeteffectz or Brewboy are free, both have done it before. Otherwise I can help ya later this week.

It's the smaller harness near the top of the HU. You should be able to reach behind the HU and unplug it and move it down for access. The wires are as follows,
L+ (white)
R+ (red)
Com (Black)
good luck

well thank again you guys for helping me out, i'm done with the wire, all i need now is put everything back together. my advise is if anybody want hook your system by yourself, and you don't really know what you doing? DON'T DO IT!!!
man it's a pain in the ass, it take me bout 4-5 days to get it done, and oh yeah if you plan to buy infinity 93.3i, you will have to cut the door out just a little bit, but the sound is amazing, it's feel like you in the center stage. and the singer like sing in front of you.

Glad to hear it man. As for the background noise...does it get louder when you rev your engine? Or is just constant fuzzy noise? Because if you didn't use shielded cables when you tapped those HU wires, then you're probably picking up noise that way...that includes any connections you made with the GND wire to split it across both RCAs. Also if you don't have a solid connection for the wire tap, or at the RCAs that could be the problem.
