How to upgrade audio system - player on TSX

Hi,

I have europe version of Honda accord with NAV - this is almost the same as TSX one.

Since I have NAV and my place for player is already used for NAV, what options for upgrading of this system I have ? Please help...

I'd like to use MP3 player with on board controls. is there also possibility to ad MP3 changer and connect woth stock player ? What about amplifier ?
