RDX: How do you play Bluetooth and charge phone at the same time?

How do you play Bluetooth and charge phone at the same time?
Is there a way to play music through Bluetooth and charge your phone at the same time? I have a 2015 RDX with nav. Every time I hit play it pauses a second later. It is the dumbest thing
