how do you install the blitz AUX adapter?

how do you install the blitz AUX adapter?

i think craig at streeteffectz told me i had to pull the radio out...

i'll be getting the adapter in a few days, and just wanted some quick advice to make the install short and sweet.

Actually, if you pop off the side panel of the center console, you will be able to reach the port in the back of the radio without removing it...it just plug in and that's it.

If I was you, I would remove the side panel on the driver's side, instead of the passenger side. Even though the plug in the back of the deck is closer to the passenger side, its easier to go through the driver's side. I installed my original RF-modulator from the driver side, and was easily able to fit my hand behind the deck. But when tried to install the blitz adapter from the passenger side, behind the panel is a metal plate that I could only fit a couple of fingers behind................ MUCH EASIER FROM THE DRIVER'S SIDE.

I use Peripheral from Crutchfield to control my Alpine S640 (mp3) changer..it costed $40 or something...works perfectly.

yes, the ends are exactly as Blitz's, which is MBUS adaptor. To hook up to the AiNET of an Alpine, with both adapters (blitz or Peri) youwill also need to get the KCA130, which is only $9.
