Help Wiring Ua4 Fog Lights..?

Hello, i searched all over and have not found a specific answer to my question, okay so i recently ordered my ua4 fog lights for my 2001 acura tl from japan and and getting ready to install them. although i did have a few questions..
When pulling the bumper off would there happen to be a fog light harness behind there from factory even though they don't make fogs for this car?
If not what do you normally do? Make a custom wiring harness? (which is what im mostly likely going to do)..i just wanted to know if there is an easier way of going about this wiring situation....

please any input would be help at this point, trying to gather as much information before beginning.

Keep all negative comments to your self thank you in advance...

Also looking for H1 4300k fogs if anyone knows where to get a good set? thanks

Is there a fog light switch in your car? If you have no fogs or switch, then it probably won't have a fog harness behind the bumper. You can order a nice heavy duty double relay harness from TRS for $15. It will cost you more to make your own harness.

No I never had fog lights or a switch. Do you think that harness would work with those fogs no problem? Or would I have to mod the harness up?

That is a heavy-duty harness that will work with any fogs at any wattage; whether halogen or HID. It will probably not plug directly into your manufacturer-specific bulbs. This is to be expected with manufacturer-specific oem plugs.
But you can easily cut off the Left & Right plugs provided by the relay harness and connect the +ve and -ve pair of wires directly to your corresponding pairs of Left & Right fogs. Just solder them, use heat-shrink tubing or electrical tape, and zip-tie it so a simple tug won't pull it apart. You can also call TRS and describe what plugs your fogs have and they may have a connector which will plug in without cutting wires.
But cutting a couple of wires is never an issue. Just make sure you do a good job connecting them. I installed new headlight HIDs and a pair of Hella Micro DE fogs in my TL and I cut several wires to mod them to accept HID bulbs. I even cut the factory headlight plugs from the oem harness and spliced it onto the TRS relay harness. No biggie.

I'm planing to do the same install for my brother's 2001 TL in a few weeks. He lives in RI. You will need a harness. I am using one from accord fogs. Complete with switch. Not too difficult to install (wiring) I did one for an accord which had no oem harness.

Wow! Thanks for all your help might be ordering this, this week. Although the fog lights I got have absolutely no wire it's literally just the fogs that's all it came with and I'm ordering 4300k hid's to put in... I had another member off this site send me a wiring diagram he used... I will upload a picture as soon as I get on my computer if you would like to see it..
