Help with my Clifford Please

I had the clifford rsx 3.5 recently installed on my CL but the $@#%in' BestBuy installer didn't give me a proper walk-through after installation. The guy also didn't put the installer manual back in the box so I don't know how to program my LCD remote. Can somebody tell me how to illuminate my LCD screen I know you have to hold down all four buttons but I don't know where to go from there. The guy also didn't point out the valet switch so I don't even know if he installed it. If you have the Clifford rsx 3.5 and know how to program the remote and illuminate the LCD PLEASE let me know. Thanx

P.S
Where can I find the valet switch?

My valet switch was installed like right behind the hood release latch inside the car. Maybe yours is in the same spot?

Sorry to hear about your installer problems. I bought the Clifford RSX 3.5 from the Good Guys and had their installer do the installation. Fortunate for me, he had 10 years experience doing installs and did a superb job and took the time to go over everything and them some. Good Guys provided me with a life time warranty on parts and labor.

A couple of things --- Watch out how you use the valet button. You can end up disabling the Clifford alarm inadvertently. Also, the responder will burns up the AAA battery in about 4-5 weeks without using the LCD back-light. If you use the light, don't expect any more than a 1-2 weeks of battery life. I've been trying to locate and without success some Energizer e2 AAA Lithium Batteries. They are suppose to last about 4-6 times longer.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the Clifford RSX 3.5.
