If you cannot locate a 4PDT switch, you can use a 4PDT relay and use the stock HU's remote wire to trigger the relay.

Yes, same here. If you Paypal me $10 to kensteele@enotify.com, I will mail one to you tonight. I have a brand new one in my hand right now.

The switch is what I use because it is too easy to hook up and works well.

Just keep mind that 4pdt relay is NOT a phiscal switch. You have to buy the switch seperately. The relay hooks up to a switch.

the 4pdt switch is a $10 switch not a $2 one

and i prefer the switch because you can switch it on and off at will, rather than it turning a relay on when it detects something.

having the switch allows you to type in an address in your navi, then drive on a long trip wihout having to turn off your PS2 or whatever just to see where you are. you can switch back and forth at will

and if you don't the tip of the switch being metal, you can buy these little rubber things (yes, just like condoms) and put it on the switch to make it a black rubber tip instead (or whatever color you want)

Hehe.....4pdt switch....$10 shipped.

Anyone else need one? I think I have two left.....you'll probably need them if you ever find RBG-1...then they'll be $15 plus shipping. Hehe......

When they re-continue the RGB-1, they'll discontinue the 4dpt switch and relay. Hehe.....

j/k

Hey TypeSDragon. Are you still up to coming down and hooking a bunch of us up with the conversion?

Have you access to parts etc.?

How much would you do it for (parts included)?

I might even drive to see you.

Let me know. Want to get it done before my birthday "June 22"
