Ok, there's a nice little option plug in the fuse box that I'm guessing many of you could use for many different things. I'm using it for a amp remote power line, but it could easily be used for those radar detectors and whatever else anyone may dream up. I'm not sure if this applies to all years and Navs, but mine is a 2001 without the Navi (see sig), and it was there for me. I called Acura and confirmed that it's safe to use the pole. Here's where it is: Looking at the drivers fuse box FROM BEHIND, you'll see four plugs on the extreme lower left. The lower left most plug is a 12v power source that is activated by the ignition. Also, to the right of that is a 12v constant power source. I hope many of you find this handy, especially the one's pinching a wire in with the fuse of the whipers.

 

Thanks! I have the Helm manual and never noticed. So we can use those fuses with the wire built in? I forget what they're called??

 

I'm not sure how it all works, What I'm going to do is visit Acura on Monday and see the tech that I normally see (saw a different one on Saturday when I found this out), and find out what Acura intends to be used there and everything because the slot is kinda funny looking. I just used a little plug to attach to it and strung the wire from it. Anyhow, I'll take a pic for you guys!
