I've been doing a bunch of research on FM Modulators and it seems most of the universal FM modulators have a bad rep of having background hisses. However, most FM CD Changers seem to have good reviews -- roughly around 90-95% the quality of CD quality.

I did run across this universal FM modulator that I think might have some good results. It's used in some of the JVC home theatre systems. It's called the KS-IF200 Modulator
