hey i just installed my footwell lighting to the #9 fuse [instrument light] so they should come on when the instrument lighting or headlights come on right? the problem is the lights are always on when the car is on and even when i pull the fuse the instrument lights are still on. is there a back up fuse or something thats causing the problem because i dont want the lights on all the time, thanks gusy

 

are all the interior lights stay on after you close the door ? What happen if you put the ols one back in ?

 

the lights stay on after i close the door so theyre not wired to the door or interior light, i wired them to the iinstrument panel fuse but theyre still always on, so i just bought a switch and figured id just do it that way, but i cant seem to get the blank switches out -_-

 

does anyone know how i can mount the switch to the blank next to the dimmer control? i cant seem to get to it

 

What happen if you put the old bulb back in ? Will the light go off when you close the door with the dome light switch in the middle position ? If not then check for switches at the doors.
