Ok, I just spent 45 minutes searching 'stickie's' and doing searches on the board to find out what I need to do to access the "bottom of the radio" so I can install my new Blitz Safe DMXV.2X

From all the research I did so far it sounds like it's easy and the unit works great, but how do I install it?

Any help, links, pictures, etc. would be helpful and greatly appreciated!

Step 1: trade it in for a USA SPEC PA11-HON2y or DiCE R3 (optional but recommended )

Step 2: pull the pocket just below the radio straight outward

Step 3: use a mirror to look upwards and you'll see the install point

Thank you very much - that is exactly what I needed.

I looked at the USA SPEC, but since I dont currently have an iPOD (using MP3 player) at this time, I'd rather have the more flexible 'headphone jack' interface vs. dedicated iPOD interface, so I went with the Blitz.

Based on the information from your reply, I was able to successfully install the unit and it's working well. Thanks again
