Other people posted it here as well (so I guess ). IMO it's sort of spam because posting it here is a way to get others to sign up for the "free: offers in order to get a free Ipod.

I bought the Wall Street Journal for my offer I needed to complete. The "ancestors" offer is only $1 if you just want to complete the offer to get yourself going. You can also sign up for BMG, rip the songs and xfer them to your new Ipod!!!

All you need is five friends. no dollar amount. You could create five email addresses of your own and sign up for the same thing For example, you could get five 1yr trial memberships to ancestors.com which will cost you $5. Just remember to cancel them in a few months after you get your ipod. Or you could do five BMG memberships under different names and then you would have a lot of music for the ipod. I just had some family members sign up for me. I could not believe it worked.

 

BUT, the way i read the rules are, you have to sign up 5 friends and they have to sign up for apx 5 offers..SO in reality you're talking at least 25 offers....Some one correct me if I'm wrong...

 

You are wrong. Once you complete your offer, you need to get five friends to complete one offer each and they will ship you the ipod. It is one of those pyramiding things wich most people hate but it works and really is easy. It is the least amount of work I ever had to do to get a $250 product. I signed up, ordered the WSJ which I use for my business anyway. Told some friends and family, five of them signed up and completed an offer and they shipped me an Ipod. I could not believe it! I was questioning if it was legit myself until I got the thing in the mail. I am of the school of "if something is too good to be true than it most likely is", so I questioned it . Like I said I needed to reorder the WSJ so I figured I would give it a try.
