Fiberglass sub enclosure

My friend is trying to make a sub enclosure out of his beetle's wheel well. Right now we have a mold of the hole. The next step would to make the top piece. Now regularly you would need to build a wall between the two subs. When doing an odd shaped enclosure it will be different. Are these walls a must? Or does anyone have any ideas on how to build one? I will try to get a picture up but I need to find a camera.

I don't think you really need that wall as long as the cubis footage is correct.

The wall you speak of is usually a brace to keep the box from flexing. If you'll notice in some boxes, the center of the brace is cut out. You don't need it unless the top of the box isn't strong enough. I would suggest putting a section of 1x1 in the middle just incase.
