Factory Head Unit Problem
I've got a problem with my factory BOSE head unit. It seems that it can only read certain brands of CD-R and original cds... I was wondering if anyone else has gotten this problem and what they did to solve the issue.

The BOSE hu in my '00 Acura 3.2TL has no problems playing recorded CD's that I buy from the music stores.
But, when I burn them in my computer, no matter what brand of media, it just won't play. Keeps spitting out the burnt CD.
Bose cd player really sucks (for 2000 Acura 3.2TL).

Try using Maxwell CD-R's at a burn speed of 16x. If this doesn't work..you can get it replaced w/a '03 HU which doesn't have the problem of playing burned CD's, as long as you burn at 16x (doesn't matter what brand CD-R's).

There have also been people that have had thier radios replaced under warranty for not playing burned CD's. Do a search on it, I saw a bunch of these cases on this board that got them replaced.
