I got my Yep MP3 player from them, and so did a couple other friends--we all got good service and fast delivery.

yeah sure... you can even return it to etronics within 90 days but they are not the most friendly people when you try to return something or exchange something... but all in all my experience with them was ok... as a matter of fact they are the people i bought my pioneer from and you know how much trouble i had with it and when i sent it to pioneer for repairs they did not question me one bit....

Piece of **** Hick Town OCALA. SHawhite do u know anything on RSX's I am gonna put a system in there as soon as my TL is perfected, I am thinkin of a really really cheap system in there.

So far this will be my system lay out.

Alpine CDA 9815

Type R components up front
Type R 2 ways in the back
Fosgate power 550s and 550X
Solobaric 12

Since I only bought my amp in november I am gonna keep them for about a year till I get new ones

My next setup will be all ALpine.

I just ordered my HU and disc changer from Etronics. The prices were very good. Shipping cost was quite high compared to other retailers. Shipping time seems to be very fast since I ordered them yesterday and they'll be here tomorrow.

I'll let you know if anything is out of whack.

BTW, my brother had no problems whatsoever returning his defective Kenwood HU. They even paid the return shipping.

Actually, I would have preferred the 9811 but I couldn't wait another two or three weeks for it.

Since I'm using the AudioControl EQ, most of the onboard stuff with the HU won't matter for me. If you're not using an EQ or other type of processor, that would be much different for you.

From looking at what the 9815 adds for the $$, I don't think it's worth it. PLUS, I really don't like the blue colored buttons. I don't think it will match our interior as well. My opinion only.

You really can't go wrong either way!

I wanna go with the 9815 due to i personalize. I am a geek when it come to computer stuff. But for a extra $100 I think I can live without it huh.

If you'll actually use it then it may be worth it to you. I know I wouldn't so it wouldn't be worth it to me.

The 9811 had everything I needed but won't be out for another couple of weeks. So, I went with the 9813 for a few more bucks. It's actually wasted money....but I'm tired of having NO sound in my car!

I just got my stuff in today. I'm very impressed. I b!tched about the shipping costs but I got the merchandise in two days. Everything is brand new and ready to go. Hell, most places online don't even have the CDA-9813 in stock yet.

I'm stoked. Hopefully I'll get everything in this weekend and be able to brag about the sound!!

Cheers,
bozzchem

How do u like those US acoustics amps. I use to have US acoustics and not a sinlgle complain. I still have one Us acoustics in my RSX running a single 10. I like your dash piece very nice. I never knew dash kits where so expensive to make. I am glad I know the guy at Ultimate Audio, you seen my dash right. He charged me $150 bucks on my HU install, dash kit, and running the patch cables to the back. Your just looks like the factory finish. Cant wait to see your pics when your done. I give u a A for your work.

It was very easy. Much easier than installing car audio gear!!!

Acura already provided the drill point. You just have to have the stones to drill into your baby. Trust me, it wasn't hard enough to justify what you'd be charged. It's five holes total.

BTW, I have seen your dash kit. It looks very good. If I had the same color woodgrain as you, I was going to pick your brain to see how you did it!

Yes, they don't sell a close enough match.

BTW, I am very happy with my Etronics purchase. Great price and extremely fast shipping....although the shipping charges are somewhat excessive.
