I'm trying to figure out. How to get my cds out and my cd player working again I got. Err-1 coming up and nothing I try works. HELP!

 

U have to reset your radio hold down 1 and 6 and the power on/off botten and it will tell u a number ,u have to call the dealer and they will tell u the code ,but ignite wanna use ur radio for a short time ,when u see the numbers on the screen just press 2 and u can use the radio or take ur cds out
