Talking Electrical change for headlights?

Is there anyway i could rewire this second option on the turn-signal stick, where instead of turning on my taillights and etc it would turn on headlights only?.

Picture

I'd love to make that function work as daytime running lights technically so i dont need to burn through all my taillights

Hello,
This is my first post so please forgive me if it's in the wrong spot. I just purchased a 2006 TSX with 180k. I know that's high but I want the 6mt and the seller had very good maintenance records. The car has some hail damage, needs a new fender and hood and a passenger side headlight assembly. I've got a few things lined up for the replacement parts but the headlight replacement seems a bit tricky. As I understand it, 04-05 are different than the 06 models. Is this correct?

So i did research and found that what i was referring to is called the parking lights, they are not really necessary anymore, i havent found anywhere online if anyone knows how to turn the light on instead of the parking light. This way that is just now a daytime light with my regular headlights.

I doubt it

The lights are not controlled by simple switches. The lights are controlled by messages on the b-can bus.
