CL: Dynomat!!!! Dynomat
#2
To aid your searching, it is Dynamat. The Xtreme stuff would be the one to consider. Now, consider that Dynamat is not a very good value for your money compared to:
Secondskin
Raamaudio (BXTII only!)
www.sounddeadenershowdown.com
and it goes on and on.
To educate yourself on how to do it right, I encourage you to look at sounddeadenershowdown.com website.

I sorta like a combo between Soundeadenershowdown (hereafter called SDS) CLD tiles and RAAMmat BXTII. CLD tiles are THICK, massive tiles that do great things with flat surfaces. BXTII is better at getting around curves and odd shapes, and cuts easier. Granted the curved surfaces are not as resonant-prone so this works out well for the end-user.
Like SS and SDS both can agree on, it isn't just about the deadening tiles. You need to approach the situation with a three-tiered mindset. You have your CLD, your decoupling material (closed-cell foam is great), and your mass-loader barrier. If you shop around for materials, once you know the job each material is supposed to perform, you will find that prices can be quite good on the net and also locally (no shipping!)

Dynamat definitely isn't worth the extra cost, like these guys said there are other options. I used the Dynamat Dynashield Spray Foam back before it was discontinued and I eliminated 95% of the rattles in the trunk and wing

depends on how much will be left. i had two hdc310's, and with damp reg, deadened alot of my trunk, pretty thick too. still rattled. helped a TON, but still. But, now i switched to a re se 15 (had it laying around from the past) and have it ported forward now, sealed off. Louder and no rattles

Dynamat is crazy expensive at retails. Future Shop (in Canada) sells a the Xtreme 20sqft trunk kit for $199.99. While sonicelectronix.com only sells it for $79.99 in USA. I want to get it for my CL but I just blew my wallet on a decent Alpine Type-R 12" sub. You can go ghetto and go with peel and seal:P
