DVD-Audio available in aftermarket stereos?

DVD-Audio available in aftermarket stereos?
I worked at Acura in 2004 when the new TL launched and loved the dvd audio surround setup. Is there a manufacture of any aftermarket stereos that has that capability that I could put in my 98 CL?
