I am looking for indash TV for my 00TL, but I really wanted a double din because that space is so big. I dont see them anywhere brandnew except for like pyle or lanzar. I was wondering do they still make double din indash TVs. thanks

 

Kenwood makes a nice one, and Eclipse makes a few.

 

thanks man. You know the one im talkin about hope. The two piece ones, where one piece is the flip screen monitor and the other is the cd/dvd player.

 

Well the Kenwood and Eclipse double dins are a double din size screen that folds out to give access to the cd/dvd drive.





If you want an actual screen that folds into the unit, you should just get a metra kit with a single din unit.

okay forget about the metra kit, I did a search and found what it is

 

i wouldn't call that a double din setup. that's just the dvd player and the separate flipout screen. double din would mean they were one piece like that kenwood.

 

A couple companies make "separates."

 

oh okay, I wasnt really sure of the name. But I never saw a seperate flip out, just monitors. Do you know a site where i can get one.
