Hey I need stereo advice. I got some sony xplod speakers and I need to know if I should get rid of them for something else...this is my system

source:
kenwood kvt m700 tv
myron davis in dash dvd

amps:
kenwood excelon kac x520 2 channel
kenwood excelon kac x650d 5 channel

sub:
12" infinity perfect vq

I got these sony components for the front,

and then the same line 6 x 9's for the rear. They have aluminums cones and seem pretty decent. The components are $300 bucks and the most expensive speakers crutchfield sells, but it seems like everyone is always hating on the sony stuff. I know their amps blow and I'm not a fan of the decks, but the speakers seem alright. Anyone ever used these, or can anyone who knows about speakers tell me if these are alright? I kind of just figured most expensive = best....

Yeah and I haven't installed anything yet, I am doing it all next weekend. I have never heard the sony's thats why I am asking.

And if I should ditch them, for what? How much would the focals cost me?

by 'most expensive = best' I meant at a place like crutchfield. I know you can spend a grand or more on a pair of speakers, I just meant in the price range I want to stay in...being about 500 or less for the front and rear.

 

My advice would be to either buy JL coponents which sounds really good(my friend has them) or buy Tweeter. From stories i have XPlode blows

 

Sony sucks, their mobile electronics suck balls, go with JL, Boston, or kenwood. BTW good job buying kenwood amps, I would only trust those or JL. If I had the cash everything except the head unit would be JL in my car(starting with the amps).
