It is not available yet, but looking at the other stuff they sell, I am guessing the system will be about $700-800, plus about $500-600 for the monitor. Here is their website:

so sums it up, about 1500 overall.
still not a bad deal though, I think... I mean you get MP3/CD/DVD/VCD, GPS, wireless built-in (well, depends on where you go...) Sounds pretty good actually.

Don't know how well that in-car computer is going to perform based on the specs.
266mhz Pentium? Good for MP3s but unless its got its own DVD decoder chip, DVDs aren't going to work very well.
For 1 DIN computer its fine, but to get reliable use its probably better to go with the xenarc screen mounted in the dash or on a flexible holder and then have a mini-ITX system mounted in the trunk.

Shuttle SS51g P4 1.8 1gig ram Radeon 9700pro
Custom P3 933mhz 512k ram Radeon 9000 in a IBM Netvista case (about the size of a 1.5" binder)
old Car PC 1.2 Celereon 512k ram Radeon AIW laptop 30gig HD with a Xenarc 7" Widescreen mounted on a flex mounting

That 266 mhz processor is going to take for ever to load. Does the site say anything about the computer requiring cooling I am thinking it will overheat. I think everyone should wait when it comes out in June other companies are going to start to produce faster cheaper ones plus so we can all hear all the defects in the product

Yeah, 266mhz is pretty much useless (to me).
Anyone know how fast the CPU is on the dedicated NAV systems?
I suggest a MUCH better carpc solution at my site:

Click on the "Computer" link
Cheers!
