In Dash Nav Install Question

I currently have an alpine headunit installed in my 03 TL-s. I just ordered a avic-d3 double din Nav system. Will i be able to use the wiring harness i have connected to the alpine unit, or will i need to order a new harness? Thanks for the help with a noob question.

You'll have to cut the car side harness off and connect it to the new Pioneer harness. What kind of dash kit do you plan to use on this new double din?

Avic D3 Humming Noise 01 Acura CL-s

Hello,

I have installed the avic D3 in my 01 Acura CL-s but it seems there is a humming noise. The installer said I need to change all 4 speakers.....I do not understand....they already by passed the bose amp....

Can anyone let me know if this is necessary? or they just screwed up the installation?

Thank you so much
