Current opinions on iPod adapters?

After a recent debacle with a buying and installing experience of the Dension ICELink which I advise people to avoid like the plague; I'm back in the market for a better adapter.

I've gleaned from the forums as well as opinions that I have two choices:

1. USASpec PA11-HON2

2. Blitzsafe unit.

Can anyone report on their experience with these units and offer an opinion on which unit is better and why you believe so. Is there a unit I've missed?

The ICELink was very flaky, failing repeatedly and heating up excessively, as well as having horrible delays. I honestly don't know how they can sell such an utterly crap device as the Dension.

Anyhow, opinions please... on what to buy and where apart from enfig (played a part in making the buying experience worse than it already was) to buy from?

I'm intersted in this as well. I've been considering the NeoIon, but I have a question.

According to their website, the plug goes into the CD changer port -- does the 01 CL have such a thing? If not, how does this (and other similar adapters) connect?

Thanks!

Crutchfield won't deliver to Australia unfortunately.

DiscountCarStereos will but won't accept returns even it appears on DOA stuff if it's sold overseas. Dodgy practice in my opinion.

Any other dependable sellers who will sell to Australia and are reputable?

my ......It's not a problem with the ipod adapters. It's Acura head units.
How can some work in some cars & not others?
I bought the IceLink. It didn't work for me.(correction it worked on it's own out of the blue 1 day, then stopped once I turned the car off)
Dension replaced mine & the same results. A co-worker has the same unit in his CLS & it works fine. I swapped my modual & cable to his car & the Ipod worked fine.
I retuned it.
I have a Neo Ion coming next week. We'll see what happens with that. I called the company & they said the only way to be sure it will work is to try it.
