A couple audio install questions

Hey everyone, I want to hook up my amp and sub to my stock head unit and I had a couple questions. I bought a AULOC to hook up my amp to the head unit and it tells me to hook up the positives and negatives to the right and left speaker outputs. All I want this amp to do is power my sub and have the stock amp power everything else so which wires do I need to tap into? Oh do I tap the blue power wire from my amp to the Red/White Main stereo power supply? Sorry if these questions have already been answered but i'm a noob at wiring. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and I have an 2003 if the makes any difference. Thanks

the LOC converter is tapped into the +/- on one of my rear speakers. Hook up the power and ground and tap the remote power switch and your all set.
