could you replace the 10" bose speaker?

is it possible to get a new one? or to put a better one or bigger one there?

Yes, search it up. Go to the diy section. There are a few different shallow mount subs that you could replace the stock one with. You are looking at an 8inch sub with the mounting depth of 2.25 inches. Gl!
