Combinding Stock Speaker lines and an Amp

I was just wondering if it's possible to connect the stock speaker lines that is running from the head unit at 45 watts to an amp that has 60x2 watts for the stronger back speakers? thanks.

Yes, if your amp has speaker line inputs. If not you will need a converter for about $20.
