Does anyone know a good quality pop out in dash screen that is either just a screen or just a screen and cd?

I need it to be under a $500 because I don't need a navi/cd/dvd or anything just a screen to hook up to my head unit and my playstation.

On that topic is connecting my PS2 and HU to a pop out screen possible?

If it does not have to be new, look on ebay. You could find an Eclipse 7002, 7001 or 5101. All just screens and awesome units. Great picture quality. But, they all have only one A/V input.
