CD Changer?

Has anyone installed a 6 disc CD changer in their First Gen cars? The Acura one is about $400-$500, but according to Crutchfield, the Alpine CHM-S630 $229 will work as long as you have the adapter cable. I really want to install this myself to avoid installation costs. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks.

I did mine in my 2nd gen TL and it's a piece of cake. Hardest part was plugging the cable into the back of the head unit.

You need to find out what cable you need for your headunit. I believe it's an 8 pin round connector. Sounds like Crutchfield has them though.

Very easy to do.
