CD in 2002 TL Type - S

Yesterday morning, CD changer works fine.
Yesterday afternoon, began ejecting CD's and displayed Er-EO.
Went to the dealer today, and CD not working.
(able to load CD's but they would not play)
So they ordered a new stero and will install in a week.
Any ideas?

If they are going to change it for you ask if you can keep the old one, I'll love to have the face plate from it.
