car alarm help, please? DEI 791xv
By default, it came with a shock sensor. I bought myself one of those proximity dual stage sensors, but there's only one spot on the brain for one sensor. Could i tap into the blue and green wire?
Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you

Most DEI alarms have a dual-stage wire - short pulses trigger warnings and long pulses trigger full alarms. If your sensor is a Directed unit you can tie the two wires (Blu and Grn) together and it should work fine.
Of course, unless you have an S2000 I have no idea why you bought a prox sensor, and I'm glad you don't live anywhere near me...

An S2000 is a convertible. That's the only defensible application for a prox.
The former president of Directed once said in a product meeting, "Our 508T isn't perfect. But as long as it don't suck any worse than everyone else's, we'll keep selling it".
