im starting to regret buying the equipment that i bought...cause reading the sunday papers today...i could of went to bestbuy and bought a 2 12inch subs with box+700watt in a package for 300$ (lightning audio) or i could have bought a 1000 watt sub for 250 from circuit citty (kenwood). also from circuit city a 1000 watt 12 inch infinity sub for about 130...these are about nothing compared to what i payed...so do you think these would be comparable to other more expensive equipment....i dont see how they can be different

 

oooo theres a world of difference. You get what u payed for will alway be tru. How much did u spend on te stuff u bought. U got kickers top subs and fosgats top amp. I just think u go to much. I would have just bought a 1000bd and one L7.

 

well u get what u pay for is definitely true, plus don't look for power handling ratings when buying subs, those are just gimmicks.... yea those subs may handle more power but will they put out more sound for the more power u give it... Like JL, they are known to have awesome bass without using much power.... so basically u're wasting money on a huge amp, and amps are expensive, for nuttin. i like kicker they can handle a lot of power but they put out enough bass to justify it, but subs like audiobahn that can handle 1000watt can barely keep up with my 300 watt jl subs......
